30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@elizabethboutique.com. Once we receive your email, we’ll send you the return address and return instructions.

Important: The return address is in China. Returning the item is at your own risk, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that if a return shipment is lost, delayed, or not delivered, this remains the customer’s responsibility. In such cases, we cannot issue a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Alternative Resolutions (Goodwill)

In some cases, Elizabeth Boutique may offer one of the following options instead of a return:

A partial refund (10% up to 30%), and you can keep the item, or

A 60% discount code to use on our website, as long as you keep the item.

If you accept a partial refund or a discount code and keep the item, returning the item will no longer be possible.

Please note: These options are not something we’re obligated to offer—they are provided purely as a gesture of goodwill.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

In some cases, we may also offer a 60% discount code (provided you keep the item). If this is accepted, returns will not be possible. This is offered as a gesture of goodwill.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
